Refunds & Exchange Policy

We want our customers to be happy with their purchases, which is why we accept returns that are in the same condition as when shipped. However, we do not issue refunds or accept returns or exchanges on specialty items, such as “Final Sales”, “Clearance Items” or “Customized Embroidery/Monogramming” such purchases.

You have 3 days to request a return from the date you received the items(s). You must contact customer service at info@thatgreeklife.com by email.

Once we received your return, the item(s) will be evaluated before your refund is made. The assessment criteria regarding the return includes the following:

    • Item(s) must be in the same condition that it was sent, including but not limited to: no damage, and with all original packaging.
    • Item(s) must be shipped to us within 3 days from receiving your order.
    • The assessment process may take up to 7 business days from receipt of return request and we reserve the right to make the final decision on all returns.
    • The buyer is also responsible for the return shipping costs unless a mistake was made by the company, then a return label will be issued by email listed on your profile.

    We Got U Cover’d will not be held responsible for lost items that are not received.
